CARAVAN 503
Our caravan is a 2 bedroom 6 berth model with a good sized lounge which has a LCD TV with integrated free view TV & a DVD player also you will find a CD Radio with various Cd's for listening to as well as a few DVDs films for both adults & children. We try to provide a few magazine's and reading books for both adults & children. A small dining area with dining table can be found across from the lounge, next to the dining area you find the galley kitchen which has most things provided which you will need.
As you enter the caravan there is a large lobby area which is great for taking coats & shoes off & hanging up saving space in main wardrobe's for extra clothes. There are 2 bedrooms (a double & a twin with 2 single beds in), inside the main bedroom wardrobe you will find a small security safe provided to keep your valuables secure durning your stay, for items such as cash, jewellery, house keys/ car keys. In the wardrobe housing in both bedrooms are fixed fan heaters for added warmth during cooler nights , we do ask all customers to provide their own sheets, duvet covers & towels, all rest of the bedding is provided free of charge i.e quilts, pillows & blankets.
The caravan is fully checked & cleaned, the main bedroom has a en-suite bathroom which doubles up as the main bathroom with separate access at other times, there is a very large full length gated veranda on the caravan with table & chairs provided for sitting out in the warmer weather. Very near to this particular caravan is the children's all weather play park which is fully surrounded on all sides by small railings to keep the children safe, a couple minutes walk from the caravan is a small but very well stocked mini supermarket
which tends to have most things needed, the caravan park also boasts a laundrette.
About 10 minutes walk away is the lovely golden sandy beaches of Ingoldmells and just a 5 minute walk away is East Gate Market with the Fantasy Island Theme Park Complex adjacent with nearby shops & entertainment venues.
The popular tourist town of Skegness is also just a short bus ride away.

Just arrived,caravan very nice&clean,seems to be very well looked after,just a homely atmosphere,children loved it,also being as veranda was quite big&also had a gate on the end,our small children was able to play outside on the veranda&be safe,thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay in.
Caravan very clean&tidy on our arrival plus very well equipped,no bad comments to make at all,thanks for a lovely holiday.
On our arrival after a long journey it was welcoming to find such a lovely clean&tidy caravan,kids spotted the children's play area when we pulled up&were there straight away,haven't seen them for few hours now,seem to be very happy on play area,good idea to have few magazines&books to read,enjoyed listening to the many Cd's&tapes provided&also watching DVD films which have been provided as well,plenty of space inside caravan,all of us have slept really well,beds are really comfortable(in fact the main bed is better than my new mattress at home),near enough to all amenities etc but not too close as to be noisy.
Lovely caravan,home from home,nicely furnished&very comfy,was spotless when we arrived,really enjoyed our weekend stay, very restful, didn't want to go home in a way as enjoyed caravan very much, this caravan is very good,came in a lot better than expected,pleasantly surprised,everything provided,no complaints from us at all.,best caravan we stayed in,will certainly recommend to friends&will look to return next year.
