CARAVAN 549
This caravan is a medium sized 6 berth caravan,it has wrap around seating in the lounge area with a small dining area to one side of the lounge, the lounge has a LCD TV with integrated free view TV & also a DVD player as well, also provided is a CD radio with various Cd's for listening to music together with a few DVDs provided for adults as well as children's cartoon DVDs, there is a galley kitchen where you will find plenty of storage space & most things provided that you have in your kitchen at home.
This particular caravan has 2 bedrooms(a double & a twin with 2 single beds), also a double fold away bed underneath the lounge seating, the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which doubles up as the main bathroom with separate access at other times, in the bedrooms there is fixed fan heaters built into the wardrobe housing for added comfort on those cooler nights, we try our best to provide magazine's & reading books for both children & adults.
The caravan has a paved pathway to bottom of veranda so means no muddy shoes in wet weather trying to access the caravan, you will find a full length veranda with separate enclosed & gated seating area together with table & chairs provided for sitting out & enjoying the warmer weather, the caravan is conveniently located on the caravan park near to the children's all weather play park making this caravan ideal for families with children. A couple of minutes walk away on caravan park is a small but well stocked mini supermarket for most things needed,also on caravan park near to the entrance is a laundrette there is access barriers for vehicles entering/leaving the caravan park for which you will be provided with a barrier card when you get your caravan keys from the owners.
The caravan is checked & cleaned after each letting, we ask all customers to provide their own sheets, duvet covers & towels for their stay, all other bedding e.g. quilts, pillows, blankets, together are provided by the owners free of charge also provided on all beds are protective mattress covers. Inside the main bedroom cupboard is a small security safe provided for any valuables, i.e. cash, house keys/car keys, jewellery,etc.
About 5 minutes walk from caravan is east gate market & adjacent Fantasy Island complex & also various shops & family entertainment venues including the lovely sandy beaches of Ingoldmells which are about a 10 minutes walk up the road from the caravan park, a short bus ride away is Skegness with all main shops & entertainment.

Found van lovely&clean,smelt very fresh,had a lovely well deserved break,everything was there what was needed-e.g.books/playing cards/Cd's/DVDs,overall we were very happy&will recommend to friends&family&work colleagues.
Caravan very acceptable,plenty of space,nice&modern,main bedroom best i have seen,it was very clean when we came ,a lot of effort&thought has been put into providing everything needed.
Nice caravan,great double bedroom,best caravan we stopped in for quite a few years,i believe this caravan has everything you need whilst stopping here on holiday,we really enjoyed our stay here&will return next year.
Love the caravan&its location near to the children's play area,kids really loved the park ,cant get them off it,caravan is located very well in area of ingoldmells,within 5-10 minutes walking distance of all amenities&beach,also bus stop right outside bottom of caravan park to enable us to go into skegness a few times.
Just to say thank you to Mr&Mrs porter for letting us stay in your lovely clean&cosy caravan,if we wasn't here on holiday,i think it would really good to live in this caravan as it is so nice,thank you so much.
This is my families third holiday here&each year i have to say it has been thoroughly enjoyable in every way possible,we have stopped in two different 6 berth caravans belonging to Mr &Mrs porter,each one has been excellent,always been clean&tidy,not had any problems at all,it has been great,very welcoming,will certainly be coming back here again next year,Colin&Christine porter are the nicest people you could wish to meet,between them they seem to provide everything needed for an most thoroughly enjoyable holiday,we mostly deal with Colin(Mr porter)&he gets 10 out of 10 for his kindness shown&also for his hospitality throughout.
I came to your caravan to see my daughter&friend who was stopping in your caravan to make sure they were OK due to my daughter having learning difficulties&disabilities,i am very impressed with Mr porter&how he has been helping my daughter&will be putting your details forward to all our friends who have disabilities,absolutely outstanding person, in my role as a police officer i have seen many people who manipulate disabilities for financial gain.so thank you very much for all your kindness shown.it has been a pleasure dealing with you.
